Use STL for a single-color model. It works in every slicer, for both FDM and resin printers. Use 3MF when your model has separate parts or color regions, or when you want to open it with settings in Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer or OrcaSlicer.
Not reliably. AI is good at creative shapes, not at holes, threads or snap fits that need tight tolerances. You can scale the whole model to a target size here, but use CAD for anything that has to fit another part.
